A Celebrated Network of the Best Golf
Imagine playing golf at many of North America’s finest private golf clubs and resorts, on golf courses off limits to most people.
AppleTree Golf Society is a series of Regional Societies that are being organized in 13 separate regions of the country, each with a membership cap of just 96 members. Membership to a Regional Society is by invitation only. Each Regional Society will be organized based on where members live and where they like to travel. Each 96-member Regional Society is projected to have access to 40 multi-million dollar properties in private club communities as well as well-known famous golf resorts. The available destinations for each Regional Society are customized and specific to where the member prospect lives.
AppleTree Management Group (“ATMG”), the managing company for all 13 Regional Societies, has been organizing residential memberships at what is expected to be over 20 “rank worthy” private golf clubs in vacation home and second home markets.
A true golf renaissance has occurred with some of the best golf worldwide being built after the new millennium. “It’s my opinion that 95% of the best courses worldwide have been built in the last 15 years,” says AppleTree founder Nathaniel Crosby. “Many of these courses are underexposed and undiscovered; additionally they are in new vacation destinations that, because of the new and incredible golf, are some of the most alluring venues in North America.”
Many of the residences are scheduled in drive-to or second home markets, warm weather winter getaways, and mountain destinations that double as ski vacations and summer retreats. Never has there been an invitation-only series of private organizations that will offer so many properties for so few members. This will allow for longer and more frequent stays as well as offering members the ability to explore new destinations with reciprocal access to the properties at all of the Regional Societies. The membership offers a true replacement concept for carrying multiple residences.
